This Privacy Policy governs how LYIK Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we" or "us") collects information through LYIK.Privacy App and LYIK Official Website. It explains the types of information we collect while you use the LYIK.Privacy App (the “Platform”) and how we use this information.


Purpose and Scope

The Privacy Policy applies primarily to information that we collect through the LYIK.Privacy App. However, it may also apply to some of the data that you provide to us through other means as well (for example through Email).

The Privacy Policy documents and describes how we collect information from all the Users of our Services. We are not accountable for the privacy policies and practices undertaken by our users or any other third parties.

Account creation and login:

When you create an account or login into your account, we collect the Mobile Number you want to associate with your LYIK account.

How to Delete your LYIK Account or partially Delete your Data:

We may collect personal and sensitive personal information about you and store this information in connection with the provision and fulfilment of our services to you. Personal information may include:

Deletion of LYIK Account:

In the event that you need/want to delete your LYIK account, you can do so by choosing the Delete LYIK Account option in the Settings Menu of the LYIK.Privacy App.

Steps:

  1. - Open LYIK.Privacy App.
  2. - Navigate to the Settings Menu.
  3. - Select “Delete LYIK Account”.
  4. - Enter OTP received on your Registered Mobile Number.

Exercising your Rights under GDPR, CCPA, Data Subject Rights:

You can raise a Request to Exercise your Rights as a Data Subject, partially delete specific data of your’s by filling the Data Subject Request Declaration and sending it through Email

Unless when required by the services we offer, and without the clear consent of the Data Subject, we do not store any personal data.

If, in specific cases, we need to store data to provide our services, rest assured, it will always be with your consent or as required by applicable laws, like the GDPR, CCPA & DPDPA.

You have the right to request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you and access a copy of your personal information.

Right to deletion:

You have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you.

Right to non-discrimination:

If you choose to exercise any of your rights under CCPA, we will treat you like all other users. In other words, there is no penalty for exercising your rights under CCPA.

Right to opt-out:

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. However, the Service Providers we partner with (for example, our advertising partners) may use technology on the Service that "sells" personal information as defined by the CCPA. If you wish to opt-out of the use of your personal information for interest-based advertising purposes and these potential sales as defined under CCPA law, you may do so by following the instructions below. Please note that any opt out is specific to the browser you use. You may need to opt out on every browser that you use.
